Position Title: Senior Talent Specialist

Job objective

Dedicate efforts to create consistent and excellent candidate experiences internationally. Build strong relationships with our teams in US and APAC, while ensuring that we have “as the sun rises” support throughout the entire global function.

Process Key Responsibilities

The Recruiting Analyst will play a critical role in bringing a creative approach to all Operational and Program efficiencies in TA. She/he will constantly iterate on current systems and programs to streamline process and perpetuate program and operational efficiency. This lead role is not afraid of constant change, and is someone who can be strategic and inventive, as well as excellent at tactical implementation.

This role will be responsible for the following TA Process and Operational Initiatives:

  • Strategically design and execute TA programs and operations to scale both locally and globally
  • Partner with HRIT for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iterations and enhancements
  • Partner with TA Branding and EA D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) teams to ensure that TA technology and interactions with candidates effectively promotes EA’s brand and outreach initiatives
  • Partner with branding manager for branding application and updates to hiring documents and tool capabilities

Responsible for the following as it relates to Global TA Programs:

  • Track, analyze and communicate key success metrics and business trends as they relate to TA programs
  • Partner with the Employment Branding team and Programs & Operations Manager to develop creative new approaches to the employee referral program that will delight and inspire engagement of EA employees
  • Candidate travel program management
  • Employer Branding partnership for events, TA portal updates
  • Partner as necessary with the following teams to solve for process/policy challenges:
    • Global Mobility
    • Compensation
    • HR
    • SOX/Audit
    • Security & Risk Management

 

  • Responsible for working closely with staffing leadership to drive, develop, and improve the Talent Coordinator support model for positive player engagement, interview scheduling, new hire offers and onboarding
    • Talent Coordinator process owner to ensure consistent global application of best practices

  • New User setup and training for TA
  • TA Onboarding Guides
  • TA new joiner training program
  • TA Internal Recognition Program (TA Awards)
  • Sidekick program partnership
  • ATS Mailbox Support
  • TAOps Mailbox Support
  • TA/HR/Facilities Offers (Global)
  • Assist with Domestic/ International Transfers as needed
