Position Title: Sr Game PM I

External Description:

Partnered Development Group (PDG) is a new team built from the ground up to manage 2nd Party development (IP-licensed dev and outsourced dev) end-to-end, from sourcing opportunities, guiding development, and leading go-to-market and live service efforts. We work with a handful of top-tier mobile studios, combining EA's IP with partners to accelerate the development of a portfolio of hit mobile games to grow EA's mobile footprint. The nucleus of our team is based in Asia – but we are expanding across geographies to guide global LiveOps and publishing for our mobile slate.

We are looking for a Product Manager, working with EA partners to bring a new mobile game to the market. We need people who have a solid background in breaking down complex problems in game development territory.

Reporting to Product Director, you will collaborate with internal and external partners at EA to develop a mobile game featuring one of the most impactful IPs in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work with EA's internal and external partners regarding production-related adjustments, tuning, and optimization.
  • Set up and prepare Closed Beta Tests and Soft Launch plans, which include target territories, audience, benchmark.
  • Coordinate with external developer teams and our teams to guarantee a smooth build delivery, testing and launch process.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization to deepen player engagement and increase overall performance for a global gaming brand.
  • You will assist the Product Director in producing feature designs that reflect our player needs and use best practices and industry insights to achieve the best results.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry with a focus on game design, production, and roadmap management, among other areas.
  • Delivered at least 1 mobile game as a product management role such as PM or a similar role.
  • Experience in numerical design or system design for strategy games.
  • Basic experience with football or previous experience in football games.
  • Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) and PPT.
