About the Role: We are seeking a Studio Director to provide overall leadership, to develop strategies aligned with our business goals, and to drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will mentor game teams in game design and liveops, and nurture leaders who deliver outsize results. Reporting to the General Manager, EA Mobile India, you will oversee and guide the overall development of our games to meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and player experience.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead and guide EA Mobile India LiveOps game teams and ensure the right balance between all the different studio disciplines (Product Management and Live Services, Studio Operations, Production, Engineering, QA, Creative and Art Direction, Community Management) throughout the whole production and live ops process (from roadmapping and backlog prioritization to live operations and customer life cycle optimization).
  • You will lead and mentor EA Mobile India’s game and liveops teams and act as facilitator to grow live mobile games through understanding of best in breed analytics, creative, product, talent and organizational structure
  • You will set multi-year strategic targets and roadmaps for all games, establishing milestones and ensure that the studio achieves its financial targets in time and aligned with business goals.
  • You will be responsible for attracting, developing, inspiring, and leading high performers, creating a culture that motivates and retains DEI - passionate team members required for success
  • You will bring experience and new ideas to the mobile portfolio, using advanced technologies, EA's scale and deep understanding of the ever-evolving market
  • You will forecast annual revenues for the LiveOps titles in the portfolio, take responsibility for not only meeting but surpassing them and deliver expected profitability.
  • You will improve the games’ KPIs to make them long tail games
  • You will identify the emerging markets globally and come up with a content strategy to achieve better monetization
  • You will evolve an AdMon strategy for the LiveOps games and implement to improve monetization through Ads/Offerwalls.

Requirements:

  • You have 10+ years' experience leading diverse, creative, managerial and technical teams, including exposure to senior levels of management.
  • Strong track record overseeing published mobile game titles, live services, and game as a service.
  • Hold the big picture view and can articulate it to others while also developing, inspiring and leading high performers within the studio.
  • You have a proven track record in building effective interpersonal business relationships and generating business in a highly matrixed organization.
