Join the Respawn Brand Team as the Associate Brand Manager, focussed on Germany market for Apex Legends.

We are looking for an Associate Brand Marketing Manager with demonstrated experience in marketing, reporting to the Head of Apex Marketing (Europe). You will be an essential member of the European marketing team building Apex Legends’ brand, leading and executing its creative go-to-market plans in Germany.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the regional marketing campaigns and strategies within Germany
  • Drive player acquisition and retain current players with globally cohesive and locally nuanced integrated marketing initiatives
  • Support Germany Brand Marketing Manager to set the parameters for marketing success: apply player, market and product insights, along with our goals and strategies, to define marketing activation approach, tactics and KPIs. 
  • Embody the voice of our player and their associated needs, motivations, and insights to assist brand growth, product development and inform marketing strategies 
  • Author campaign briefs and track campaign readiness by setting marketing indicators that improve player acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy for the brand 
  • Track, report and interpret campaign performance data
  • Point of contact that is knowledgeable of local market with the ability to synthesise market and player data to develop innovative campaigns and strategies unique to your region 
  • Partner with the global marketing team to find opportunities for collaborative activations that can scale 
  • Develop meaningful relationships with agencies, brands, partners in the region to unlock new opportunities within your go-to marketing campaigns 
  • Orchestrate local campaign execution as the day-to-day partner for regional cross functional teams and agencies

 

Experience:

  • You have proven marketing experience in gaming or entertainment
  • Experience executing campaigns with agencies and internal cross-functional teams
  • You can take on a variety of roles within marketing
  • You’ll enjoy making connections with lots of different people and teams 
  • Appetite For Everything Digital & Social - passion for developing innovative campaigns and testing new growth platforms. 
  • Appetite to craft unique and innovative ideas designed to reach our target audiences by combining cultural insights with traditional mobile KPIs
  • Speak fluent German
