Growth Planning

Growth Planning delivers an audience-first approach to planning across channels and content to maximize growth and capitalize on data revealed opportunities. We have a relentless focus on designing a cohesive ecosystem across audiences, channels, and content to deliver a frictionless fan experience.

Within Growth Planning, the Connections Planning Manager, NHL/UFC/F1, crafts a seamless and integrated ecosystem across paid, owned, and earned channels. Leveraging a deep understanding of the player journey and today's fragmented media landscape, you will strategically plan how different touchpoints work together to deliver a cohesive brand message to our fans. You will play a critical role on the EA SPORTS Pod for NHL/UFC/F1 reporting into the Senior Manager, Growth Planning.

Responsibilities

Partner with Franchise Marketing and Creative teams to develop a comprehensive connections plan that aligns with the unique needs of our fans and the growth objectives for EA SPORTS franchises, NHL, UFC, and F1.

Collaborate with experts across paid, owned, and earned channels to integrate strategies and optimize touchpoints along the fan journey.

Utilize data insights to inform personalized messaging needs by audience and region to maximize relevancy and enhance the fan experience.

Develop and maintain cross channel blueprints detailing the role of each channel and the creative messaging across major beats and markets.

Provide timely and actionable insights to inform creative and channel best practices.

Engage the media agency of record to bolster the connections plan based on an in-depth understanding of audience behavior and the evolving media landscape.

Lead innovation in connections planning, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Multiple years of experience in a connections planning or media strategy role at an advertising agency or within sports, gaming & entertainment industries.

Deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and changing consumer behavior.

Expertise in channel and creative best practices needed to drive marketing effectiveness.

Proven track record of delivering successful cross-channel strategies.

Highly competent in designing compelling visuals for slides, ecosystems & connections plans.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills with an understanding of audience segmentation & consumer journeys.

Strong data acumen with experience utilizing consumer insights to inform planning decisions.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
