The Challenge Ahead:

The Associate Manager, FC Franchise Activation - Markets (Italy) is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of locally nuanced integrated omni-channel marketing activations for EA SPORTS FC in Italy, with a focus on creating highly culturalized marketing campaigns that deliver against EA SPORTS FC brand and business objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, FC Franchise Activation - Markets (Southern Europe) the main responsibilities for our next Associate Manager will be:

  • Develop and execute the EA SPORTS FC marketing campaign in Italy.
  • Research/insight discovery, strategy development, activation ideation and development, and budget allocation of all Italy marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with Italian athletes, influencers, and brands to deliver innovative activations that connect with football fans across the market.
  • Manage our agency partners, contractors, and freelancers. Responsibilities include day-to-day communications, briefing, and activity tracking.

What you will work on:

You will create and execute highly localised approaches for our global campaign moments that resonate in the Italian market. This means all the way - from the first creative spark, to sketching out the idea, planning the campaign, leading the development of photo and video shoots, asset creation and overseeing the go-live, and of course analysing performance to optimise the impact by providing recommendations afterwards.

You will be part of the Southern Europe team, but you will also closely partner with our global teams in the rest of Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia, including teams such as Community, Media, Creative, Strategy, Product Management and Athlete Marketing.
