Position Title: Senior Recruiter

External Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will focus on building teams by hiring a wide variety of skill-sets, including Quality Assurance Testers, Analysts, Designers, Software Engineers and Development Directors. 

You are dynamic and experienced with hiring in volume and partnering with leaders and hiring teams. You understand business needs and facilitate full lifecycle recruitment. You will develop sourcing strategies that reflect your knowledge of the talent market.

This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) and business leaders on hiring needs.
  • Utilize project management principles to ensure success with fixed hiring timelines. This includes tracking critical recruitment data, producing regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting activity and driving efficient and candidate-friendly hiring processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the competitive landscape for talent by presenting strategies, challenges and suggestions to both TA and Leadership. This includes information related to candidate skills, recruiting processes and market conditions.
  • Consult and influence hiring managers and teams to identify/scope recruitment needs and keep teams on-track to deadlines related to the hiring lifecycle. 
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, explore creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates including social media and other online capabilities. 
  • Evaluate qualified applicants, conduct screening interviews, help coordinate onsite interviews.
  • Provide a quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Participate and lead diversity initiatives through building partnerships, networking and community engagement.
  • Be an advocate and example of EA’s core values and beliefs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, including high-volume recruitment strategies. 
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish to ensure all partners are apprised of Talent Acquisition efforts, challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience presenting recruitment data, reporting and recommendations that achieve results. 
  • Ability to manage change and handling deadlines, have project management skills, and be able to work well in diverse teams.
  • Consultative approach and ability to develop partnerships at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience developing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
