Recruiting IT Systems Analyst, People Experience Technology

You will report to the Senior Manager of People Experience (HR) technologies within our EA IT organization and will contribute to the implementation and management of our next generation of recruiting technologies. You will help guide opportunities throughout our Talent Acquisition platforms by collaborating with our People Experience (HR) team and other partners. This role can be onsite, hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in the US, Canada and Western Europe.

You will:

  • Help implement Avature, our applicant tracking and candidate management system, from design, testing, data migration and boundary system integrations.
  • Lead the nurturing, improvement, enhancement, and extension of our solution.
  • Be an Avature liaison and solution architect to your team and partners, providing leadership and support in resolving technical challenges.
  • Be the intersection point between understanding our business processes and being an expert in the functionality of the system to build and deliver solutions to our partners.
  • Collaborate with our business teams to gather and document system requirements for talent acquisition processes. 
  • Be our expert in our recruiting data to help support our internal data needs and integrations.
  • Resolve technical difficulties, system faults, and user issues with our Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Develop and support procedures to ensure data integrity safeguards are in place and that system data is accurate.
  • Train and support team members and partners on Avature functionality and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Over 10 years of experience leading system evaluations and implementations in either product, business analyst, or program management roles.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in the Recruiting domain with demonstrated expertise in recruiting systems
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in system analysis tools and methodologies to assess and understand complex systems.
  • Experience working with data and being the data architect for how that data is used downstream.
  • Prior experience working with Avature Recruiting (preferred)
  • A Business/I.T. Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $113,300 - $171,700
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $111,500 - $171,700
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $126,700 - $171,700
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $111,500 - $144,000
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $111,500 - $157,300

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
