Position Title: Associate Manager, Campaign Management

External Description:

The EA SPORTS Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager role supports one of our most-acclaimed sports franchises, EA SPORTS FC. Your primary focus will be to implement global Brand Marketing Partnerships in and out of game, applying processes and best practices to support partnership activations and readiness, daily operations and campaign tracking and measurement. You must support diverse groups of partners to coordinate complex implementations across multiple channels, supporting the execution of strategic Brand Marketing plans and motivated to keep the business on track with tasks that promote execution. This is your opportunity to collaborate with some of the biggest names and brands in sport and football culture. You will report to the Sr. Campaign Manager and work from Vancouver office (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

You will assist the Sr Manager, Brand (Campaign) in developing:

(a) important partnerships across all categories and brands to deploy complex marketing activations across several touchpoints and channels

(b) partnering with and manage internal CFX marketing teams' coordination and deployment of important assets.

(c) signature projects that serve as foundations for GTM plans.

You will lead brand and media partnership marketing activations alongside the Sr Manager, Brand (Campaign), including ownership of asset briefing, readiness and deployment; coordinate partner-driven campaigns, while being the primary contact for partners for our global campaigns

You will partner with the esports Brand team to lead the development of go-to-market strategy and multi-channel, global marketing execution for our Football esports.

You will support esports Brand team on milestone deliverables (long range roadmap, brand experience guide, business brief, player needs analysis) and presentations.

You will lead important business operations and administrative responsibilities that allow global marketing campaigns, including partnering with Finance, Legal, and Business Affairs teams to create contracts, purchase orders, invoices, track budget and payment statuses, and help manage the activations guaranteed in partnership contracts.

You will partner with and coordinate multiple CFX team members, including connections with global franchise leads and regional leads, to ensure and communicate campaign beat status, including readiness and risks.

You will promote daily/weekly campaign tracking and readiness, including establishing meeting health, channel status updates, identification of risks/opportunities per campaign beat, and collaborating with CFX partners to prepare and solve obstacles in the GTM campaign.

You will lead campaign measurement and postmortems by assessing campaign effectiveness indicators, communicate insights and create a perspective on optimization for new and ongoing local and global campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in a marketing or communications role.
  • Experience working in a matrixed team environment characterized by interdependency.
  • Maintain working relationships with teams and partners across departments, time zones and territories.
