Position Title: Sr Manager, Research

Sr Manager, Research Operations

The Senior Manager, Research Operations will be a key contributor to the EA Research teams. This role will partner with members of the Consumer Insights and UX Research teams to make sure everything from lab operations, participant recruitment, survey software and budgeting is running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee participant recruitment for UX Research
• Oversee lab software, hardware and operations
• Coach and manage 1-2 research operations team members
• Manage budget for Consumer Insights & UX Research teams
• Serve as main POC for legal, security and IT as it relates to research needs
• Research Project Management for internal technical/operations projects
• Oversee Knowledge Management for research teams
• Support for ongoing tracking studies

Attributes

• Operations management experience, with preference for knowledge of research processes
• Highly organized with a great attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to work on a variety of complex projects
• Experience working cross functionally with successful project completion
• Self-starter with passion, energy, enthusiasm to drive results and affect meaningful change
• Able to relate to people from many different cultures, backgrounds, and skill sets respectfully
• Ability to travel occasionally

Background

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years in an operations role
• Demonstrated experience with independent work in a matrix environment
• English language proficiency required, proficiency in another language a plus
