Role Overview:

 

BI Analyst II (Contract) – Worldwide Customer Experience

We are looking for business intelligence and dashboard experts who loves building actionable dashboards, love to explore, understand and be excellent at data and data visualization. The candidate will own things including not limited to: work with Insights and IT team to build new dashboards while ensuring accurate data and user friendly interfaces of the dashboards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a visualization Ninja, who takes the data and visualizes it into insights, insights into stories, stories into actionable recommendations. Bring examples to show off your stuff during the interview.
  • The Business Intelligence Analyst will work within the Business Analytics team to develop and support interactive data visualizations used across the enterprise.
  • Responsible for report development, testing and delivery through closely working with developers, business analysts and management.  

 

 Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of web analytics experience is preferred
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in visualization data and reporting on quantitative research or analysis with a focus on business intelligence visualization.
  • Data Technology experience which may include:
    • Database query experience (Custom SQL design, MySQL, Postgress, and/or Snowflake)
    • Experience with Business Intelligence tool Tableau
    • Experience with R & Python a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Background in computer science, math, marketing, economics, or other quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with others.
