We deliver data and insights across EA’s studio portfolio to improve game quality and player experience. We aim to be an outstanding analytics team, combining in-depth knowledge of our partner's operations with advanced data analytics capabilities. Our team includes multiple disciplines including Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science. We are a trusted partner for our game teams and an important driver in ensuring our games meet player expectations.

 

The Role:

The Sr. Data Analyst role develops business intelligence products and leads data projects to enhance data maturity for our Quality Verification teams. You will use your advanced technical knowledge of SQL programming, ETL pipeline development, and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify trends, driving decision-making across our organization.

You will report to the Analytics Manager.

• You will define the data analytics roadmap with us for some of EA's largest titles.

• You will use your technical skills to develop data products with us that improve decision-making across the Quality Verification organization.

• You will define best practices in data analytics and visualization tools with us.

• You will create data governance practices to improve our organization’s data maturity.

• You will provide coaching for Data Analyst colleagues.

The next great Senior Data Analyst requires:

• 3+ years of professional analytical experience.

• Advanced SQL skills and practical experience in other languages such as R, SAS, or Python.

• You can develop data modelling and warehousing solutions.

• You can plan and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.

• You can foster working relationships with partners.

You will supports partners across EA’s China and Korea studios. You must be fluent in English. Proficiency in Korean is a bonus but not mandatory.
