We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the Skate team. You will report to Manager of Operations & Culture.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Ops & Culture team and main studio partners to drive studio operations

• Lead the deployment and management of team's equipment needs

• Lead the studio travel process and support the team with travel related questions and expenses

• Lead distribution list maintenance and slack channel hygiene

• Lead studio calendar maintenance

• Support the team with purchases (hardware, software, travel)

• Support the team in submitting service tickets

• Support space management for our office locations

• Other administrative responsibilities tasks for the studio

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative experience

• Clear, kind & direct communication style

• Creative & passionate for creating the best experiences for employees

• Not afraid to challenge, identify need for change

• Love for organization and people

• Identify areas of need, develop solution, implement (autonomous)
