The Challenge Ahead:

The Data Collection & Licensing (DCL) group of EA Sports FC is looking for a Community Manager. As the next Community Manager, you will report to our Data lead in our international and diverse group.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the voice of the DCL data collection community, maintain an open dialogue between data editors, data reviewers, photo editors and the DCL producers.
  • You will develop a community growth strategy and perform recruitment.
  • You will oversee community content such as newsletters, social media and internal database content.
  • You will plan and schedule community activities such as Community Days and webinars.
  • You will responsible for PO creation and invoice submission to finance for hundreds of vendor contracts each quarter and maintaining the annual community budget.
  • You will ensure all Electronic Arts policies are observed and followed.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Project Management or Communication/Marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and writing.
  • Clear knowledge of best practices for operating social media channels.
  • Experience working in online communities, journalism, online marketing, content creation or equivalent.
  • Interest and knowledge of football, football data editing experience is beneficial.
  • Used to work in an environment that values collaboration and with remote teams.
