Most companies call it HR. At Electronic Arts, we are People Experience (PE). PE is a team of cultural stewards who carefully create talent strategies and offerings that directly affect our teams' experience and help our people achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.

The Global Talent team focuses on people development, organization effectiveness and an engaging employee experience. We are an interdisciplinary team helping EA not only be the industry leader but also a pioneer in new forms of digital entertainment. We are uniquely positioned to make lasting change in a creative environment. While we move fast, we also believe in having fun - we love games!

Global Talent’s vision: To accelerate people and organizational capability so EA can inspire the world to play.

As a Manager in Talent Development, you’ll focus on building out our DEI Learning capability by providing immersive, interactive experiences that develop the skills and capabilities for our leaders to build and maintain EA’s inclusive culture. You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across EA to create engaging experiences that speak to our people leaders and invest in their growth and development.

In this role, you will manage the implementation and sustainment of our new DEI Learning offerings, including content development, content delivery, customization of content for BU-specific needs, program measurement, and support the development of follow-on learning activities and opportunities. You will not have direct reports or supervisory responsibilities. This temporary position will last 6 months. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent and Development.

Reasons you will love this position:

  • Global Talent is well-respected and known for its positive impact on the business and our culture.
  • We believe in inclusion and psychological safety – and live it every day.
  • This is a high impact and visible role where you have a direct impact on our people leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of DEI Learning content.
  • Develop DEI content for leaders that is actionable and supports the challenges that our people leaders are currently facing.
  • Develop post-workshop/follow-on content that keeps our people leaders engaged with the content and skills they need to develop.
  • Identify metrics and measures for ongoing awareness and management of the program.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure customization of content that meets the needs of people leaders in various parts of the business.
  • Manage relevant communication and change plans through a variety of channels.
  • Consistently seek to improve participant experience (leveraging data from surveys, retrospectives, or industry trends).
  • Communicate content creation, updates and timelines.
  • Host and facilitate workshops for people leaders.
  • Provide ongoing support to participants.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DEI, program management, leadership development, talent development, or related professions.
  • Experience maintaining a program involving multiple business units or groups across an organization.
  • Influence, relationship, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with team members at all levels in the organization.
