Position Title: Recruiter

External Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. You will focus on building teams by hiring a wide variety of skill-sets, including Quality Assurance Testers, Analysts, Designers and Software Engineers. 

You are dynamic and efficient with experience hiring in volume and partnering with leaders and hiring teams. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will analyze hiring requests and facilitate full lifecycle recruitment processes. You will implement sourcing strategies that reflect your knowledge of the local talent market and champion EA's Purpose and Beliefs.

You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Ciudad Salitre Nor-Oriental).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Recruiter to deliver qualified candidates to hiring teams.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.

  • Conduct initial screens to assess candidates' technical skills, experience and attributes.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Develop relationships with universities to attract top talent.    

  • Manage campus recruitment events, job fairs, and internship programs.

  • Report on important recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire and interview-to-offer ratio

  • Provide guidance to internal teams and hiring managers on best recruitment practices, ensuring a fair and inclusive hiring process.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate interactions and hiring processes

  • Seek feedback from team members and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • 3+  years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles in region

  • Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish

  • Experience in developing and managing campus recruitment programs, including organizing and participating in career fairs, university presentations, and other campus events
