Position Title: Quality Analyst II

This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

We are looking for Quality Analyst to join our Skate team in Bogota, Colombia.

You will create and support our Quality Strategy in partnership with our Quality Assurance and Development team members.

In this position, you will report to our Quality Assurance Development Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete test cases, evaluate results and verify functionality to identify software defects and player affecting issues. 
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development team members to identify and investigate software defects to help lead to their resolution. 
  • Contribute to the creation of Test Plans for your feature areas of the title.
  • View the game from a player’s perspective to identify design opportunities that would improve the player experience. 
  • Engage with Data and Automation specialists to provide improvement opportunities.
  • Share project information with the team and provide Risk Assessments for your area of ownership.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with and knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and testing techniques, automated and manual test processes, test case design, regression testing, load testing
  • Proficiency in Defect tracking tools (JIRA) and Test management tools (TestRail).
  • Knowledge of software development processes and continuous development.

Optional qualifications:

  • Experience with games and game engines, content and asset editors, software tools, and shared technologies will be an asset.
  • Familiarity with Development Tools such as Perforce and Visual Studio
  • Familiarity or experience supporting a Live Service entertainment product.
