We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the Battlefield Franchise Operations Team.

As a Franchise team, we serve the whole of battlefield across studios, projects, chapters, time zones, and cultural contexts with a focus on enabling the most efficient, high-quality development and operations across our franchise.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Franchise Head of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of the Franchise head of operations and our Franchise operations team.
  • Assume full ownership and maintenance of the calendar; scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting space and relevant attendees.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Track relevant travel and expense receipts for accurate accounting reconciliations. File and track reimbursements, credits, and refunds through to completion in the iExpense tool.
  • Able to answer select emails on behalf of the Franchise Operations team and maintain key internal and external relationships.
  • Collaborate with other coordinators to facilitate communication and help coordinate joint projects.
  • Process electronic purchase requests for approvals relating to external purchases, including the processing of invoices relevant to the PO.
  • Request, confirm, and/or provide all meeting room technology and needed equipment or supplies.
  • Able to own and execute studio projects and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • You are proficient with MS Office, Google suite, and have a good understanding of practical administrative roles and tools. TapTool and iProcurement experience a bonus.
  • You have a igh proficiency with MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Miro and Visio.
  • You are ableto prioritize workflow and work independently with minimal oversight.
  • You can create and manipulate data from advanced Excel spreadsheets
  • You have an excellent customer service mindset.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are meticulous mindset, rigorous and highly organized.
  • You have a strong written and verbal communication skills.
