As a Producer on the team, you will partner with team leaders to help plan and guide the delivery of entertainment experiences as part of Tiburon Studios. You will be involved in development and closely partner with operations, design, and other internal stakeholders.

Producers are the bridge between the design team and project managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our fans.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish roadmaps for new experiences to drive more players, more fans, and more time aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS and Tiburon Studios.
  • Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities inclusive of; new products, advertising, technologies, and services to add-on product opportunities.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives such as advertising within Tiburon franchises. Adjust strategies as needed based on performance data.
  • Use insights to create feature goals that focus on ideation and spur creativity across the team ultimately delivering growth to Tiburon Studios.
  • Guide team culture as part of the leadership team to build a highly engaged team.
  • Work with Production, Art, Design, Engineering, key Publishing partners and other stakeholders across EA or external to coordinate development and growth plans. 
  • Partner with Development Directors and project managers to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables.
  • Engage with other partner teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.
  • You will be the bridge between the Design team and Project Managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our fans.
  • You will report to the production leader of your area.

Your Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • Experience partnering with product, marketing, and development teams to make insight informed decisions that satisfy prioritized consumer motivations and business objectives.
  • Experience driving growth through development in gaming, entertainment or adjacent markets.
  • Previous budget and P&L responsibilities. 
  • A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.
  • A passion for pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
  • A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.
  • An accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.
  • Familiar with scrum and agile development concepts.
  • Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

• Jersey City, NJ :
º $202,600 - $259,300 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
