We are looking for a Studio Operations Coordinator like you to support our studio operations team with your organizational skills. You will be collaborative, highly motivated, and task-oriented. There will be opportunities in this role to take on more responsibility and ownership of studio tasks and projects. You will report to our Studio Operations Director. This role will be hybrid and working on-site in our Vancouver office.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires; coordinating with Recruiting, HR, IT and managers, ensure desk/equipment setup, initial introductions
- Support internal communications including team meetings, reports and updates
- Organize and coordinate logistics for team events with team members in hybrid and remote work setups
- Collaborate with IT to track and maintain software purchasing for the team as needed
- Support leaders to keep track of team travel, entertainment and procurement expenses
- Coordinate international shipping for packages for the team including corporate gifts and merchandise
- Support and coordinate team building activities and any initiatives to promote team culture
- Collaborate with hiring managers and studio ops team in managing office space and seating
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in an administrative environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow through and pay attention to details, highly reliable
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with little supervision
- Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities
- Bonus - experience managing budgets
- Bonus - experience in entertainment production office environments: games, VFX, film & tv.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $75,650 - $114,150
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $70,550 - $114,150
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $70,550 - $114,150
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $70,550 - $103,150
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $70,550 - $103,150
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
