As an Operations Intern, you will support the Studio’s Director of Operations in the analysis and documentation business processes.

What you'll do:

• Review and document current business processes
• Conduct interviews to gather information on current processes
• Interpret and document processes, communicating these back to the Studio Director of Operations
• Create clear and efficient presentation documents to educate users on workflows
• Provide support to the Studio Coordinator and Production Coordinator for events planning, swag development, clerical tasks, etc.  

Requirements:

• Currently completing post-secondary education in a related field
• Have an interest for databases and business analytics
• Knowledge in workflow software such as Visio, Miro, Google Diagrams, or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
• Great attention to detail
• Collaborative and problem-solving mindset

Additional skills and experience (nice to have):

• Experience with Airtable
• Experience delivering presentation meetings
