Full Circle is looking for an Experienced Lead Software Test Engineer to join us on the Skate Team

Responsibilities:

• You will report directly to the Project Technical Director
• You will build and lead an internal testing team
• You will build a roadmap for testing and automation
• You will work with us to understand and build the tests and automation
• You will scout, evaluate and present to the team new tools as opportunities for testing and automation improvement
• You will plan and prioritize work for your team members
• You will develop the testing and automation framework
• You will establish best practices and review team members work 
• You will recruit and mentor test engineers to enhance team and individual effectiveness and professional growth

Qualifications:

• 5+ years industry technical experience working on tools, test automation and development process improvements.
• 2+ years industry experience leading a team
• Experience with .Net, C# and C++ 
• Experience working in a Scrum team 
• Experience building platform-grade tools and services 
• Experience mentoring peers
• Experience delivering system-level technical design and documentation
• Knowledgeable in the software life cycle, modern testing methods and an understanding of continuous integration. 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Software Engineering or equivalent
