Full Circle is looking for an Experienced Lead Software Test Engineer to join us on the Skate Team
Responsibilities:
- You will report directly to the Project Technical Director
- You will build and lead an internal testing team
- You will build a roadmap for testing and automation
- You will work with us to understand and build the tests and automation
- You will scout, evaluate and present to the team new tools as opportunities for testing and automation improvement
- You will plan and prioritize work for your team members
- You will develop the testing and automation framework
- You will establish best practices and review team members work
- You will recruit and mentor test engineers to enhance team and individual effectiveness and professional growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years industry technical experience working on tools, test automation and development process improvements.
- 2+ years industry experience leading a team
- Experience with .Net, C# and C++
- Experience working in a Scrum team
- Experience building platform-grade tools and services
- Experience mentoring peers
- Experience delivering system-level technical design and documentation
- Knowledgeable in the software life cycle, modern testing methods and an understanding of continuous integration.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Software Engineering or equivalent
