Position Title: Senior Manager, Facilities

Lead team members assigned to EA’s Security Operations Centers (SOC’s) and Intelligence Program, with a focus on intelligence gathering and incident management related to key security operational areas including but not limited to, EA offices world-wide, our events, enterprise-wide travel safety & security initiatives, guard force services deployment, and workplace violence program.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Align daily SOC operations and team responsibilities with business requirements, with an emphasis on employee, visitor, player experience
  • Work with key stakeholder groups to create and implement an internal reporting process for risk-based threats
  • Oversee EA’s internal case management system related to incident and threats reporting
  • Ensure ongoing training and development for assigned team members
  • Oversee EA’s Incident Management Team (IMT) quarterly tabletop training program
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and offer solutions that focus on service delivery excellence
  • Monitor EA’s access control platform and CCTV infrastructure to identify risk anomalies
  • Provide direct (remote) security support for “boots on the ground” teams during events and executive or key employee protection details world-wide
  • Act as EA’s SOC Incident Commander for all large-scale incidents, as part of our Business Continuity Program
  • Work with stakeholders to identify (and on-board) end-to-end situational awareness tools
  • Provide direct security support to all EA sites world-wide; access control, video monitoring, and guard force deployment
  • Create and implement SOP’s for SOC Operations, ensuring alignment with all core security pillars (event security, executive/key employee security, travel safety/security, intelligence & investigations, guard force services deployment, and emergency preparedness)
  • Create SLA’s and KPI’s around security services delivery

Professional Expertise/ Knowledge

  • Industry best practices for event security
  • Experience with emergency management (ICS) – preferably in global corporation setting
  • Strategic planning / event management in global security domain
  • Knowledge of estimating and cost associated with security operations management

Experience Needed for the Role 

  • 7-10 years in a similar role within a multi-national corporate security team
  • Experience in project management / strategic planning & initiatives
  • Former corporate security / law enforcement experience highly desired

Reporting Requirements

  • Develop and manage metrics and KPI’s around SOC service delivery
  • Program / project management reporting – key initiatives
  • Strategic initiatives plan development

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or combination of requisite experience and education
  • ASIS affiliation
