Your Impact at EA:

At EA, Game Designers are champions of the product.  As a Game Designer you’ll be an integral member of the team, shaping our games to satisfy both hardcore and casual players, driving commercial success on a free-to-play business model.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Lead Designer to direct, manage and rive the client design team for FIFA Mobile.
• Working with the Game Director and Lead Designer to help define the design with regards to every facet of the game: structure, flow, economy, mechanics, etc
• Leading, reviewing, and managing the design work (designs, documentation, tuning, etc) of other designers on the team.
• Managing a team of designers and developers to produce high-quality work. 

 

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of professional game design experience.
• Production experience, or experience leading a team (setting deliverables and objectives, and delivering on them)
• Proven success designing mobile free-to-play games.
• Live service experience also desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
