This role is part of EA’s Customer Experience organization. The Customer Experience organization strives to make EA known for taking care of its players. We’re players taking care of players and people talking to people – whenever, wherever, and however they need us.

The Business Management Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to build reports that align and connect the strategic plan. This role relies on strong relationships across the organization to identify the best ways to track and report performance metrics that will help Customer Experience management make business decisions and drive strategy. They will drive an aggressive schedule in order to share information on monthly, quarterly and annual cadences.

This is an individual contributor role and the right candidate must be passionate about customer experience and driven to connect dots in a proactive way. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning and Business Management for Worldwide Customer Experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build reports that align and connect the strategic plan
  • Track WWCE’s core business activities and proactively identify improvement opportunities on a regular cadence Support recommendations through data-driven analysis
  • Work with WWCE management to gather, update, and present key strategic, operational and program metrics
  • Develop presentations containing clear and persuasive explanations of complex processes to a non-technical audience
  • Support WWCE’s leadership team by preparing a variety of reports and presentations that drive effective decision-making
  • Develop and manage an annual KPI and target library
  • Assist with annual planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Scheduling, agenda coordination, meeting room reservation, technical facilitation, and preparatory work oversight for recurring meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills or experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related field from an accredited institution - MBA or other graduate degree preferred
  • 5 or more years relevant experience gained from business/marketing planning, financial analysis and/or management consultancy
  • Demonstrated ability to use data dashboards, reveal their stories, and coach management on how to deliver key concepts to leadership and the greater organization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good personal skills to bridge between multiple departments
  • Ability to set clear assignments and actionable feedback for content owners and collaborators
  • Ability to see the big picture and manage a great deal of day-to-day minutia
  • Curiosity and passion for improving the way we manage the business
  • History of tackling and solving complex business challenges; a strong personal mission to help find truths and challenge orthodoxies
  • Demonstrated experience with Excel and/or other analysis tools; PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite for presentation purposes
  • Ability to learn new tools in real time
  • Experience at a startup or agency is a plus
