Position Title: Operations Analyst I

External Description:

NOC Operator 

(Part time job, suitable for students. 24/7 shifts)

Essential Job Functions:

NOC Operator will be responsible to monitor the service during the entire shift, check for service's anomalies and report immediately with findings, check servers and network equipment status, analyze problems and perform remote intervention on servers and equipment where needed in order to revive service.

The position requires diverse set of skills & experience with Windows operating system, Network architecture, Internet protocols and variety of hardware. The position requires the ability to test new SW and games releases.

Responsibilities and duties included but are not limited to the following:

  • Use an adequate technical expertise to troubleshoot and solve service related problems.
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of understanding the service
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Act upon troubleshooting flow when problem raised
  • Report immediately about any service interruption
  • Participate in various QA tasks.
  • Generate and distribute shift's report upon shift completion

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of the technical fundamentals of Windows OS and networking
  • Computer science student as an advantage
  • High availability (able to attend shift in short notice when required).
  • Good English verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills. Solution seeker. Exceptionally, when a problem cannot be solved by its own technical capabilities.
  • Self-driven individual with very high-quality deliveries.
  • Excellent Team-player capable of a perfect and seamless integration in Technical team.
