What an AfterEffects Video Editor does at EA:

This position will be focusing on our Mobile videos for Paid Media.

You will be versioning and editing cutdowns of existing trailers. This position requires going into AE projects from other editors and re editing the motion graphics and end cards into 1x1 and 9x16 aspect ratios. You will need to have a strong design sensibility and a deep understanding of AE. This work is done at a quick pace and under tight deadlines. Attention to detail is a must. After hours work may be required.

Key Criteria:

Expert level experience in Motion Grahics and AfterEffects

Proven track-record of delivering multiple successful projects.

5+ years experience, resume with work reel mandatory
Experience producing world class assets, on time and on brief.
Solution focused with the ability to dive technically deep while still maintaining focus on deadlines.
Ability to meet tight timelines

The next great EA AfterEffects Video Editor also needs:

Extensive experience of a similar role within a dynamic commercial environment.
- Experience with multiple formats and can identify graphical, editorial trends.
- Expert level understanding of post-production pipelines.

Strong Technical skills
- Power user of all Adobe product with a focus on Premier, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of real time engine technology is considered a major plus.
- Extension knowledge of compression and codec
