EA is seeking an enthusiastic People Analytics Intern to join our team for the summer, to help our growing elevate the voice of the employee through strategic and data driven talent intelligence. This internship will provide valuable experience in People Analytics, People Operations and Experience, and contribute meaningfully to our strategic talent initiatives.

As an intern you will gain valuable experience on a People Analytics team that’s ahead of the curve, and will, with the support of your manager, design and execute your own analysis of EA’s people data to help drive key business strategy and talent intelligence initiatives. 

Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in executing an end-to-end analytics project related to our talent intelligence strategy.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze employee data of various types from various internal sources.
  • Identify trends and patterns in employee metrics, such as engagement, performance, and turnover utilizing cutting edge technologies. 
  • Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights that will enhance our approach to talent management.
  • Collaborate with People Experience and People Analytics teams to understand business needs and align your work with strategic goals.
  • Support ad hoc analytics requests and contribute to team discussions.
  • Gain a solid understanding of EA’s workforce. 

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Solid analytical skills and experience working with data, designing experiments, and executing analyses.
  • Experience with data manipulation tools such as Python, R, or SQL. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Passion for HR, people analytics, and using data to drive decision making and strategy in this space.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $28 - $46 USD Hourly






The pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
