The Secure Product Engineering & Anti-Cheat Response (SPEAR) Team ensures that all EA Games are developed with the security of our players and their personal information as a priority. If you are passionate about cybersecurity, anti-cheat, technology, games, coordinated vulnerability disclosure, and bug bounty programs, you will love this opportunity. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Intern to join our team and help us shape the future of our security programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with TPMs, engineers, and architects to improve Product Security Incident Response operations and remediation processes.
  • Manage digital assets, ensuring a logical and efficient structure. 
  • Conduct insightful audits to uphold and improve our team's goals.
  • Ignite creativity and collaboration through the orchestration of exciting hackathons that inspire innovation across the organization.
  • Transform our post-mortem process for security engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • Passionate about cybersecurity, anticheat, or project management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution.
  • You must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025.
