Marketing and Communications Manager - Japan - Shooter/FPS

We’re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

You will work in Japan and report to the Japan Senior Marcom Manager.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Asia and global marketing and franchise leads to produce marketing strategy and campaign plans.

    • Partner with Asia and global teams to deliver world-class launch and ongoing live service campaigns execution.

    • Work with the APAC engagement & integrated communications teams to provide support for Asia events and activation.

    • Manage agencies, partners and marketing opportunities in the region; deliver briefings, manage campaigns and produce postmortem.

    • Surface brand, partner, and campaign opportunities and insights to important partners and global teams.

    • Manage budget and administrative tasks for major activations and events, including PO and reporting.

  • Qualifications:

    • Experience with the social ecosystem and gaming community.

    • Familiarity with the Battlefield franchise and an understanding of market & audience insights.

    • 5+ years experience in marketing activation, project management, partner relationships, and agency management.

    • Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to present plans in both languages.

    • Adopt new technologies and marketing campaign management and reporting tools.
