We are seeking a junior-level Live Services Designer to join the SimCity BuildIt team. In this role, you will implement engaging content to enrich the player experience and optimize in-game events. As part of the Content Team, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our game by collaborating with various teams, such as LiveOps, to enhance player engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a part of the Content Team for implementation of our live operations tactical strategy and deliver them on time to optimize player engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Configure our Live Events with precision and excitement.
  • Collaborate with the Art team to develop appealing and thematic in-game content.
  • Participate in Content planning and various other meetings that define our Live Events roadmap.
  • Be an advocate for our active player community, continuously enhancing in-game content and engage in the planning of new features.
  • Responsible for keeping documents updated on time.

Qualifications

  • BA/ BS degree
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Possesses analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
  • Intermediate proficiency in Office and Google suites.
  • Proven experience of 6 month - 1+ years in live operations or similar roles within the mobile gaming industry (Plus).
  • Passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of player behavior.
  • Well-versed in global current pop cultures, lifestyle, and fashion trends.
  • Possess a deep understanding and appreciation of various cultures, along with an awareness of cultural sensitivities.
  • Having a knowledge in city builder genre is a plus.
