You will report to the Lead Engineer.

Job location: You will work in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient network architectures for real-time multiplayer games.
• Optimize performance to minimize latency and packet loss, enhancing player experience.
• Resolve issues such as latency, synchronization errors, and connectivity problems.
• Research and integrate the latest network technologies and protocols to improve the network stability.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless network integration with the game.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++. Network related experience.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP, and network protocols.
• Familiar with network state synchronization model and frame synchronization mechanism principles.
• 3+ years of experience in real-time systems and game development.
• Knowledge of network security to prevent cheating and attacks.
