About the Position: 

Reporting to the Senior Benefits Manager EMEA, EA is looking for a Benefits Program Manager, EMEA to join our Global Benefits team. In this role, you will support our EMEA benefits programs (including healthcare and leave) in 12 countries and provide direct support, on all benefit related matters, to a small selection of countries based on a Centre of Excellence model.

This hands-on role is responsible for implementing new/innovative offerings, ensuring the smooth operation of our existing programs and systems, partnering with vendors and cross-functional colleagues in People Experience and the Workplace Experience Teams, as well as educating employees through impactful communication. There will be a key emphasis on delivering meaningful, engaging and culturally relevant programs, whose effectiveness can be measured.

You will need to demonstrate a true passion for all aspects of benefits and the delivery of an exceptional employee experience that reflects the core culture of EA.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with the People Experience leads in each country to oversee the rollout of global and local benefits initiatives and programs.
  • Review and support in-country benefits activities to ensure they are rooted in the EA philosophy and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the levels of engagement and responses to these programs, feeding this forward in a continuous improvement loop
  • Act as the main point of contact, on all benefit related topic, for a selection of our smaller sites by following the Centre of Excellence model
  • Partner with healthcare and benefits providers to maximise their contribution to our overall strategy.
  • Review all leave programs to ensure we are providing our employees enough time and flexibility to rest and revive
  • Track and report on the most innovative related trends in our competitive space.
  • In collaboration with in-country teams, gather proposals for benefits initiatives to submit for budget review – ensuring they reflect the core philosophy and objectives of our global approach
  • Identify trends in the internal Employee Opinion Surveys, employee questions and feedback, proactively looking for opportunities to improve the employee experience.
  • Review claims experience of existing health programs to inform our response to wellbeing locally
  • Drive engagement in all benefits offerings through effective, timely and relevant communication
  • Maintain all benefits related information on the EA Intranet for EMEA
  • Help with global projects where necessary and any additional responsibilities as may be assigned at discretion of your manager.
  • Work actively to help improving and automatizing any benefits administration related processes.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
  • Proactive, collaborative team member with excellent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow through.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, system and project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple competing priorities at the same time.
  • Working knowledge of current employment & benefits laws.
  • German and/or French languages would be desirable.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion & good judgment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  Prior experience with Workday HRMS is beneficial.
