Position Title: Senior Recruiter

External Description:

EA's Next-Gen Talent (NGT) team is searching for an enthusiastic Program Manager & Strategist to join our team and guide our efforts in interns & full-time talent recruiting. You will understand recruitment requirements, lead the execution of programs, ensure inclusivity is woven into the fabric of everything we do, and act as an ambassador for EA with Next-Gen Talent in the India & APAC regions. You will partner with the broader NGT team to provide a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.

You will report to the Senior Director of Next-Gen Talent and Recruiting Intelligence, and you will work in a hybrid work model.

What a Next-Gen Talent Strategist & Program Manager does at EA:

  • Implement strategies & programs in partnership with leadership to ensure the NGT program is delivered to the highest standards

  • Use competitive intelligence and best practices to help evolve programs for effectiveness and inclusivity

  • Improve our inclusive employee experience for early career talent

  • Lead Full cycle recruitment (Sourcing, screening, interviewing to closing candidates)

  • Mentor prospective and current interns/university grad hires and build relationships to retain this talent

  • Promote the EA brand while educating intern and university grad hire populations about career opportunities at EA, including organizing events (career fairs, info sessions, & conferences)

  • Build partnerships with faculty, staff, and student organizations at target schools and recommended professional and academic associations

  • Work with leadership to understand workforce plans to ensure the program will achieve hiring goals for early in career roles

  • Create efficient processes and produce regular reporting on campus recruiting programs to deliver a high level of data integrity

  • Provide guidance on best recruitment practices to our business team members

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, with experience designing and managing programs.

  • Experience working in the high-technology software or entertainment industry

  • Consultative, influential, and collaborative with all levels of team members

  • Values diversity, accessibility and inclusivity

  • Experience with coaching, motivating, and developing others

  • Willingness to travel occasionally throughout (North America, Europe, APAC)

  • Experience with the educational landscape and talent market in Asia, with established connections to institutions and organizations.

  • Fluent in English and at least one other Asian language.

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, like Greenhouse, GR8 People, or Avature

  • Experience defining and measuring success of campus recruiting programs
