The Data and Insights group is part of EAIT that enables core data insights powering the global EA ecosystem. We provide the data insights that all functions within EA use to create incredible games and support the organization. Come power the future of play with us. 

Within Data and Insights, the data platform supports enterprise users offering a smooth and self-service experience, covering everything from discovery and onboarding, integration and insights leveraging Gen AI and other technologies. 

As Senior Product Manager for the Platform, you will be based in North America and report into the Director of Product Enterprise Data and Insights. It is an individual contributor role that will drive large product roadmaps , lead innovation and influence product teams and EA's internal stakeholders to develop experiences that enhance data as a culture.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, manage, and lead complex data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to define product objectives, deliverables, and timelines. 
  • Define a compelling data strategy to advance the platform experience on our Platform. To do this, you must understand diverse customer needs and internal product/service provider requirements and balance both from a platform owner’s perspective.
  • Set clear objectives to align team members across the organization, fostering unity towards shared goals. 

 

  • Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of Platform offerings that aid in improving the user experience. 
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting the sharing of knowledge and expertise and driving the achievement of shared goals. 
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and sharing. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management/ software development OR equivalent experience.

 

 

  • Experience building products that involve large-scale platforms or ecosystems.
  • Experience leading a product management team with responsibility for product strategy

 

 

  • Demonstrated results delivering large-scale enterprise solutions/services, including roadmap development, product launches, and driving innovation. 

 

  • Platform mindset, with an understanding of various components of the platform and underlying data that drives it.  

 

 

  • Techno functional acumen to participate in discussions with engineering teams focusing on end-to-end scenarios. 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Familiarity with data visualization and AI tools and platforms. 
  • Understanding of data platforms like Snowflake, Data bricks etc
