EA SPORTS™ FC Mobile is the world's most played football game on the mobile platform, serving millions of players from all around the world. We are excited to open a brand-new chapter on our journey with the establishment of the Kuala Lumpur EA FC Mobile Team which will become an necessary part of the global EA FC Mobile development team.

Location & work model: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a Project Manager for our FC Mobile team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA, and other production staff. You are the keeper of the project schedule and help move the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring quality, collaboration and communication. You will become an important point contact of FC Mobile team in Kuala Lumpur, for both internal and external partners. You will partner with live producers and leads in different territories to ensure the project is managed on time, to quality and within budget. You will also establish the project development structure and guide the project team, plus develop the project roadmap/schedule with estimation of the scope of work. You will report to the Studio Development Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the resource plan to meet the product requirements

  • Implement and monitor the cycle of each development process

  • Produce milestone report and ensure the deliverables

  • Manage budget for procurement, travel and outsourcing

  • Find and address risks during the whole project cycle

  • Communicate to project partners including oversea partners on status update, resources, schedule, dependencies, risks and processes

  • Organize team roles and evaluating team performance with function leads

  • Help with new employee onboarding program, plus ensure equipment, tools and support are provided for team members

  • Provide input for departmental planning (i.e. resource planning, cost estimates)

Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more of Project Management experience

  • 3 years of leadership experience (line management)

  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle using SCRUM/AGILE

  • Experience in B2C Project Exposure

  • Experience with Mobile Development and experience in a Live-Ops/Live Service environment

  • You should include a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • PMP Certification an asset

  • Proficiency in English - both verbally and written

  • Chinese Mandarin fluency is plus
