We're looking for a Studio Operations Manager. You will report to the Global Head of Operations and become part of a dynamic team that plays an integral role in delivering the best experiences for our players.

This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area). 

Responsibilities

  • You will operate as a senior representative, interacting with multiple EA teams and stakeholders. 
  • You will partner with studio leaders and key business partners to set up and manage day to day operations, studio growth, identify opportunities and lead process improvements.
  • You will support and be the local driver for operations and studio strategic programs and initiatives like goals, transformation projects, etc.
  • You will manage interactions with external institutions, universities, third-party suppliers, and industry associations.
  • You will work with the franchise leaders to understand and track overall headcount across resource types with a particular focus on project assignments, demand requirements, and chargeback variance. 
  • You will manage and oversee staff hiring as per planned ramp up, reassignments when scope changes. 
  • You will ensure responsible management of project work sourcing, focusing on scope, cost, quality, and risk.
  • You will manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiate costs and operational terms.
  • You will manage IT assets, costs and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operation of teams. 
  • You will manage the central operations team to deliver continuous improvements and consistent operations support to the franchises in the studio.
  • You will coordinate work volume across the location, considering operational constraints and market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of work experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience developing measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
  • Experience with setting up studio operations and driving continuous process improvements.
  • The ability to track, model and present information in engaging ways.
  • Great at building relationships and can set clear expectations with the team.
