Position Title: Program Manager II

External Description:

At DICE, we believe our people are the backbone and driving force to our creative products, and are always looking for diverse creators that can help us make our studio the best in the industry. 

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Studio Comms team reporting directly to our Sr Studio Brand Manager. As a Graphic Designer for the studio your projects and tasks will vary widely and include creating supporting content for existing campaigns, designing internal merchandise, and creating completely new material for internal events, and more - all while making sure the spirit of the studio brand is kept intact through everything we do.

 

Requirements:

  • You will design outstanding assets that are at the foundation of our studio design systems including logos, graphic devices, templates for social channels, and style guides.

  • You will interpret creative feedback and data into iterative design.

  • You will create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for internal communications and announcements, external social videos, recruiting videos, and other studio projects.

  • You will produce online assets for banner, email, social media, web pages.

  • You will create impactful visual assets for presentations and other marketing activities.

  • You will design digital content including HTML5 banners, rich media projects, animated GIFs and cinemagraphs. 

  • You will work with Studio Sr Brand Manager to provide all design projects.

  • You are self going and efficient, good at collaboration, and able to applying your creativity to every task.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years+ design experience at an agency or internal marketing/communications team.

  • Experience designing from concept to execution in service of brand, retail, paid, and owned channels targeting a range of player audiences.

  • Experience in presenting and pitching creative work to partners, and take in and action on given feedback.

  • Have an impressive portfolio reflecting strengths in design, typography, and layout.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Adobe After Effects.

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

  • Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS code, and Adobe Animate.
