Are you a dedicated and experienced Data Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a talented individual to become a key player in our Loc Data & AI team at Electronic Arts (EA). This role is pivotal to our data-driven decision-making process, where you will analyze data to uncover insights that enhance our gaming.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.  
  • Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and reports that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Usability: Design and develop user-friendly dashboards, reports, and tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making. 
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives to convey complex data insights and recommendations to various audiences. 
  • Ownership: Deliver end-to-end data projects, from initial data requirements gathering and validation to final analysis and presentation. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies. 
  • Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. 
  • Tool Development: Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and documentation to support data analysis and visualization. 

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with relevant experience or a Master’s degree. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing valuable insights that have demonstrably enhanced outcomes. 
  • Excellent level of English. 
  • Technical Proficiency: 
  • Microsoft Power BI: Expertise in Power Query M, DAX, dataset modeling, reports, and dashboards design, with the ability to design prototypes to support requirements. 
  • APIs: Understanding of REST APIs and SOAP APIs, with the ability to read and understand technical specifications. 
  • Data Analysis and SQL: Strong expertise in data analysis and SQL programming. 
  • UX/UI Design: Sound knowledge of UX/UI design for analytics solutions. 
  • Version Control and CI/CD: Proficiency with Git and CI/CD (multi-branch approach). 
  • Soft Skills: 
  • Teamwork: Strong team worker with a delivery-focused mindset. 
  • Agile Experience: Experience working within Agile teams. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to articulate conversations with business stakeholders beyond the technical level discussion of the user stories. 
  • Communication: Robust communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and create effective solutions. 
  • Exceptional ability in data visualization and design, with a focus on crafting compelling data narratives. 
  • Mastery in leveraging Business Intelligence tools to drive data analysis and strategic decision-making.
