Role:

We are looking for an Associate Product Analyst based out of our EA Hyderabad office. This is a critical position that will work with stakeholders on both central and studio teams to drive key strategic data initiatives across EA's Mobile portfolio, to not just transform how we think about data at EA but to also drive both games and studios to success. You will report to Manager Analytics.

What an Associate Analyst will do on our team:

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand problem statements, and to build optimal data solutions/products with a clear set of realistic, achievable objectives that will address the underlying business challenges.
  • Leveraging various analysis and forecasting techniques (e.g. prescriptive and predictive), model trends in our data to make actionable recommendations to impact EA Mobile's cross portfolio level decisions.
  • Develop and deploy cross portfolio data products enable and empower data-informed decision making within our Mobile portfolio.
  • Develop cross game dashboards in BI tool (e.g. Looker) to ensure data accessibility within Mobile portfolio
  • Uncover data trends to gain player insights on new & existing products.

Experience Background:

  • Ability to work both as an individual contributor and a team player while working with cross functional teams on strategies for executing, measuring impact, communicating results, and automation.
  • Experience of doing complex quantitative analysis to help guide decisions, preferably in a consumer products-oriented industry (e.g. gaming, entertainment, e-commerce)
  • You have strong SQL skills
  • You are experienced with other programmatic data analysis tools (e.g. R and Python) and data visualization applications (e.g. Looker, R Shiny)
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of freemium mechanics in social and mobile games
