Position Title: Benefits Analyst

Benefits Analyst – APAC and LatAm

About the Position:

EA is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our Global Benefits team, reporting to the Director of Benefits for Asia Pacific and Latin America. You will have benefits administration and program oversight for the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions. You will also have opportunities to partake in global benefit projects and vendor implementations. You will support the management of our benefit programs by working with a diverse group of internal and external partners. You will be based in our China or Korea location and you may work under a hybrid or onsite work model.

Position Summary:

  •  You will partner with different members of the benefits team to help us achieve broader team goals and deliverables, including;
  •  Establish/maintain working relationships with brokers, consultants, People Practices/HR partners and other internal partners (e.g. Legal, Finance, Payroll);
  • Assist/Lead the annual insurance renewal process for our region (Asia Pacific and Latin America);
  • Partner with regional HR to maintain an ongoing benefits communication campaign;
  • Help complete regional benefit benchmark surveys;
  • Support the rollout of global policy changes and implementations, inclusive of communications;
  • Identify process and program improvements;
  • Maintain the Asia Pacific and Latin America Benefit intranet sites;
  • Manage the region's ongoing wellness initiative and programs;
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 or more years experience in a human resource/benefits relevant role;
  • Ability to speak and write English in addition to the local language;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • A passion for inclusion, diversity and accessibility as they relate to our programs and company policies;
  • HRIS experience (Workday is an asset);
  • Experience with Google Workspace
