Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic partnership to leaders across EA. We do this by engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, analyzing data, and delivering insights to help guide EA’s performance.

This Senior Financial Analyst role is a unique opportunity to be a collaborative partner & trusted advisor to the leadership teams responsible for our EA SPORTS FC studio; a studio and franchise with nearly 30 years of history. You will report to our Director FP&A, EA SPORTS FC.

What You'll Do:

Business Partnering

  • Build relationships and partner closely with EA SPORTS FC team and collaborate to deliver against studio objectives & long-term strategy.
  • Provide financial leadership and support strategic decision making by ensuring the financial implications of all business decisions are understood and considered.
  • You will manage competing priorities and embrace change to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Financial Ownership

  • Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting and analysis for FC Premium R&D.
  • Manage risks & opportunities to deliver financial goals.
  • Partner with the Accounting organization to manage close activities.

Experience and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related financial experience.
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting & analysis.
  • Experience in Power BI or similar BI dashboard visualization tool preferred.
  • Knowledge in Anaplan and Oracle preferred.
