Position Title: Senior HRC Coordinator

About the Position:

The Benefits Administrator role will support the administration and first level employee enquiries related to European Benefits. Offering support for our 12 European countries, this work is an important part of creating a first class manager and employee experience. You will report to the Team Lead of Benefits EMEA, and collaborate with the EA Benefits, Wellness and People Practices teams.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the go-to person and subject-matter expert in European benefits administration and wellness programs
  • You will be the primary benefits contact, managing the daily benefits policy and operational support for employees & managers and additional company partners
  • You will be responsible for managing benefits and wellness inquiries and troubleshooting enrollment and eligibility issues. Support employee benefit and wellness inquiries and escalate to the relevant stakeholders.
  • You will provide auditing and other operational support for European benefits programs including Pensions,, Education Reimbursement, Medical/Dental programs, Fitness Programs, Leave Programs and other local perks and benefits
  • You will work within and interpret ServiceNow data into applicable tasks.
  • You will work within defined Service level agreements to action ServiceNow tasks to a conclusion.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 1+ years of experience in a HR role, having some experience working within benefits or total rewards.
  • Excellent English language skills - reading, writing and speaking
  • Experience working with teams and multi-region/ country teams
  • Develop partnerships with HRBPs, Payroll, Employment Law and other partners at all levels.
  • Be well versed in Google Drive and Microsoft Office - have strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and team player
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work to regular fixed deadlines.
  • Experience working in a HR Shared Service environment is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Workday, or equivalent experience is a plus.
