Location & work model : Onsite in Kuala Lumpur

Report to: Principal Technical Director

As an important member of the team, you need to have a mix of technical and management experience in the mobile game industry. As the team lead, you will work with the other function leads to lead the team in developing the game features for the FIFA Mobile game. You will help the technical director build the engineering culture, apply the development processes, and deliver the game features on time and quality. You will need to keep communicating and feedback to the team and keep the team in high morale. As a lead engineer, you will become the technical contact point of the FC Mobile team in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and retain the talents to keep growing the engineering team.
  • Lead the engineering team to hit the target on time and quality.
  • Responsible for technical quality for the Kuala Lumpur engineering team.
  • Identify the potential risks from both technical and project management perspectives.
  • Partner with other function leads to manage product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years+ years of software development, including 2+ years in team leader positions.
  • UI/UX frontend experience (web or video game) is required.
  • Unity3D/Photoshop/Flash experience is a plus.
  • Excellent in English or Chinese.
  • Deep understanding of the Scrum process.
