工作职责:

● 主要职责包括FIFA mobile项目的美术制作工作流程、UI动画和视觉特效、工具、管线、资源优化/整合,以及动画功能开发和着色器开发。技术美术应该承担起项目中出现的任何技术问题，并推动问题的解决。通常情况下，可以安排/指导更多初级员工参与其中。应聘者可以来自艺术、设计、数学、工程或计算机科学背景; 但必须能够自如地从事艺术和科学两个领域的工作
● 你将与游戏团队的技术总监/美术总监合作，为他们提供工具和最佳实践的建议，以实现他们的项目愿景
● 你将推动资源开发，定义EA内部游戏引擎如何实现高质量的视觉效果
● 你将解决常见的技术问题，分析和优化内容，以在各种移动设备上实现所需的性能和品质
● 你将开发和维护内容开发工作流程，开发工具，识别和解决管线问题
● 你将为游戏功能的设计做出贡献，确保运行时性能表现和工作流程达到开发品质水平
● 你将为美术和内容创作者提供技术工作流程支持
● 你将负责对其他美术进行指导和知识分享
● 你将在一个高度协作和创造性的环境中工作

任职要求:
● 2年以上游戏行业内技术美术经验。AAA级游戏更佳
● 良好的审美并提供作品
● 熟悉Python/lua编程语言
● 善于与不同的受众沟通:美术、程序、管理者
● 精通3D美术制作，有商业引擎使用经验
● 具有解决问题的能力，特别是与测试和调试技术有关的问题
● 深刻理解资源优化的挑战/技术
● 创造性思考的能力，利用现有的游戏知识和工具解决技术挑战和局限性
● 能够分析和改进工作流程，提高团队生产力
● 愿意跳入未知领域，解决新问题; 能够创造性地思考来解决技术挑战和局限性
