职位概述

EA Sports Mobile Team 正在为他们在上海的FC Mobile办公室寻找一名Motion Graphic Artist。这个岗位包括为游戏和宣传内容制作高质量的动画和图像。理想的候选人将具有强大的艺术背景，并将与其他同事密切合作，以提高FC Mobile游戏的视觉体验。

主要职责

• 与艺术总监和游戏策划一起工作，制作各种足球游戏内资产，如转播ops包装动画, 影视镜头设计和宣传视频。
• 设计和制作动态运动图形，专注于视觉元素，如游戏内的UI动画，视觉特效以及专属的球员卡动画特效。
• 制作宣传材料，包括视频和图片，以支持市场营销和玩家社区论坛的工作。
• 创建和执行实时渲染或离线渲染的视觉特效资产，如粒子系统和动画。
• 与团队一起快速头脑风暴和迭代动画效果。
• 与各团队密切协调，同步协调视频和音频，确保最终的后期制作交付质量。
• 紧跟行业趋势，技术和成功案例，以确保高质量的输出。

 

技能和经验要求

• 拥有三年或以上的视频游戏或广告动态图形设计经验。
• 在动态图形设计，插图和平面设计方面表现出专业知识。
• 能够适应快节奏、高强度的工作环境。
• 熟练使用Adobe Creative Suite和其他领先的设计和动画工具。
• 能够制作动画，从最初的概念到完善的落地。
• 熟练使用C4D, Blender或其他3d软件进行生产和渲染。
• 具有团队合作精神。
• 能够同时处理多个任务，特别是在高压、实时的情况下。
• 积极主动，自我激励，有组织能力，注意细节。
• 热爱运动，了解足球方面的知识。
