EA Create Capture is a highly engaged content creation team within EA Studios. Our content is generated via various services which encompass motion capture, performance capture, facial animation, 3D head and body scanning for video game titles developed by Electronic Arts (EA).

While maintaining EA's core values and development team needs, the Production Resource Manager performs capacity planning for Performance and Camera Capture, 3D Scanning and pipeline development. You will provide support and manage complex production schedules and resources, including stages, equipment, and responsible for identifying risks and managing solutions. You will support leadership with department reports and identify opportunities to increase quality and efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining stage and safety protocols, and training staff on the use of scheduling toolsets and processes. You will manage a team across different various locations, and ensure consistency of processes and communications.

You can self-manage, and deliver your tasks efficiently and on time while managing multiple projects at once. You will partner closely with Producers, Artists, Leadership, Talent Management and the Global Site Safety team.

You possess high attention to detail, and have the tenacity to learn and improve pipelines, processes and tasks that ensure our workflows are successful and set-up for the future. You have the experience and skills needed to manage a small team and ensure their success within a live production environment.

You will use Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Shotgrid to perform the tasks.

You have the following experience and skills:

  • Film/game/creative production pipelines and understand how they relate to a delivery schedule
  • Strong project and workflow change management within a production environment
  • Ability to predict schedule changes based on partner requests
  • Confident making business-led decisions based on limited information
  • Creating and presenting schedule and capacity plans to colleagues and senior production teams
  • Highly experienced in using production/resource management toolsets such as Monday.com and Shotgrid
  • Knowledge and experience in collecting and managing data, and generating and presenting reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable, patient and proactive
  • Developing people and support your team to perform their best work
