Are you excited about stats and project management? Do you want to work on Codemasters' latest franchise? Then you are just what we need!

The studio behind the newly acquired WRC licence, are looking for someone who is experienced with standard project management tools and understands methodologies used in game development. Equally important will be your ability to spot risks and trends and provide insights to assist with decision-making. Your creativity will be required when fashioning reports, that are easy to understand and can convey status at-a-glance. Reporting to the Senior Development Director, you will also have opportunities to work directly with the talented team and provide production support for a feature or a group.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the schedule for the entire project
  • Stat tracking and reporting at Project, Milestones and Sprint levels
  • Monitor metrics such as scope, capacity and projected end date
  • Examine and report velocity and estimation accuracy across departments
  • Create project level options analysis based on data
  • Develop reporting tools that easily convey information
  • Jira setup and maintenance

Requirements

  • Experience as a lead project manager
  • Shipped at least one complete title
  • Good understanding of traditional Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, and other styles of Project management principles
