Mobile Technical Account Manager

The Mobile Technical Account Manager is an incredible opportunity where you guide the strategic tech relationships with our mobile platform partners, Apple and Google. Reporting to the Director of Mobile Business Management, in this collaborative role, you not only work with our teams (game studios, tech org) but also partner directly with the largest tech companies in the world.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tech relationships externally with Mobile Platform Partners (e.g. Apple, Google etc.) and internally across Tech & Game teams;
  • Support team(s) to resolve Platform tech-related inquiries and liaise/escalate with Platforms to coordinate issue management and problem resolution
  • Evaluate and prioritize Platform Partner tech opportunities to help accelerate growth of the mobile business
  • Summarize tech-related announcements from developer conferences (e.g. Google I/O, WWDC) and direct Partner outreach and evaluate business impacts
  • Ensure platform technical compliance (SDK changes, OS changes, API changes, etc). Drive discussions with Partners to better understand changes, and lead internal cross-functional teams to assess impact
  • Help quantify the technical costs of new publishing opportunities and assess 3rd party tech

Requirements

  • Education: BA / BS
  • 4+ years experience working in a digital entertainment or tech industry
  • You understand how to manage information and differentiate between external and internal partners
  • You are able to analyze and express complex problems with clarity
  • Experience working with Apple App Store and/or Google Play is a bonus
  • You enjoy working on a wide variety of projects
